ON THURSDAY MARCH 7, 2024 I PLACED A ORDER FOR 10 HOT WINGS OVER THE PHONE . I REQUESTED 10 FLAT END HOT WINGS , WHEN I ARRIVED I ASKED FOR MY ORDER AND AS I CHECKED IT , I COULD SEE IT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED SO THE COOK LADY CAME OUT AND I EXPLAINED THAT SHE GAVE ME THE WRONG ITEMS AND SHE BECAME ANGRY AND AGGRESSIVELY AGITATED AS SHE BEGAN SLAMMING THINGS AROUND AND BEING WITH A VERY BAD ATTITUDE. SO TO CALM THE SITUATION I OFFERED TO BUY THE ORDER THAT SHE MESSED UP THEN SHE CALMED A LITTLE BUT AS I PROCEEDED TO FRONT COUNTER TO PAY I ASKED THE YOUNG BLONDE GENT TO EXPLAIN THE CONCEPT OF HOW THEY COME UP WITH THE PRICES OF THE WINGS BECAUSE THERE WERE SO MANY PRICES WRITTEN ON THE SALES SLIP , HE RESPONDED VERY NASTILY “KEY IT IN THE REGISTER” EVERYONE KNOWS ALREADY THAT YOU RING OUT ITEMS ON A REGISTER, BUT IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT HE LIKED KNOWLEDGE BECAUSE HE USES ATTITUDE TO COVER THE FACT THAT HE IS ILLITERATE SO ME BEING THE CHRIST LIKE WOMAN I AM I HUMBLY ENDED THE CONVERSATION BECAUSE IF I GOT OUT OF CHARACTER THE SHERIFF WOULD NEED TO BE PRESENT . SO BECAUSE OF ALL THE ANGER AND BAD ATTITUDE BETWEEN THE COOK LADY AND THE SMART MOUTH ILLITERATE BLONDE HAIR BOY , I HAD ENOUGH OF THE DISRESPECT AFTER ALL IT WAS MY SECOND TIME EVER COMING INTO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND CRAZY K REFERRED ME TO YOUR STORE EARLIER IN THE WEEK AS I DO WISH I WOULDNT HAVE COME . SO BECAUSE OF THE ANGER AND ATTITUDE I JUST PAID FOR THE MEAL I ORIGINALLY ORDERED AN HUMBLED MYSELF AND LEFT . AS ONE BUSINESS PROPRIETOR TO ANOTHER THE BLONDE GENT AT THE FRONT COUNTER SHOULD NOT BE AT THE FRONT COUNTER HE IS BAD FOR BUSINESS. HIS ATTITUDE IS TERRIBLE AND HE LACKS KNOWLEDGE . I RECOMMEND A PUBLIC RELATIONS COURSE FOR BOTH HE AND THE LADY COOK AS SHE IS ANGRY AND RUDE AND IS EASILY AGGRESSIVELY AGGRAVATED AND AGITATED ALL AT THE SAME TIME AND THE BLONE HAIR YOUNG BOY IS SMART MOUTHED AND ILLITERATE AS WELL AS RUDE , THOSE TWO WILL CAUSE YOU TO HAVE A BAD NAME . I THINK I WILL NOT RETURN AND STICK WITH CRAZY K’S , HER STAFF ARE WELL MANNERED AND WELCOMING AND THEY ALL TREAT YOU LIKE KIN. CRAZY K HERSELF REFERRED ME ON MONDAY , SHE WAS CLOSED FOR BUSINESS THAT DAY BUT I WILL NOT RETURN TO YOUR ESTABLISHMENT BECAUSE I WAS TREATED SO TERRIBLY BY NOT ONE BUT TWO OF YOUR STAFF. I AM SURE YOU HAD MANY COMPLAINTS BECAUSE THOSE TWO ARE JUST AWEFUL . I HOPE YOU MAKE SOME CHANGES OR TAKE SOME DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS BECAUSE THOSE TWO ARE BAD FOR BUSINESS, THANK YOU KINDLY , I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT I WILL STICK TO CRAZY K’S .
