Had a flat tire in Bruce late this afternoon. I called Napa and a young man came and put air in my tire. I drive it to the parts store, another nice man pulled out a screw and repaired my tire! Fantastic job! Thank you all very much!!! March 29, 2022

Overall my experience was good. I had a radiator that went out. They replaced it no problem. The cost was over $360. The issue I have is after spending that amount of money, they just had to turn around and charge me an extra $20 to reset the computer so my check engine light would go out. I feel that to be a slap in the face. It's not the money issue for that as much as the principal of it.

Needed oil and filter change. They got me in and out in less than an hour. Took my sister car there for service. They found a problem with belt. It was on the verge of breaking and we didn't know it. So glad they saved us from some major car damage.
