came in for tire change and alignment. at 1 hour mark 'wont be much longer' and remained the same comment for the next two hours. saw multiple mechanics walking around doing nothing and on phone. disappointing spending so much money at a place where you have to cancel the entire day due to being here for HOURS!

We had an appointment for air conditioning service on 28 April 2022. We arrived at 9:00 A.M. and dropped the car off. As of 3 May 2022, according to the person who answered the phone in the service department, our car has not yet even been looked at. I have tried to contact the service manager. I have tried to contact the general manager. And no one seems interested in returning my call. Having worked in the car business for a number of years I know that the service department is always a complaint magnet. But when they won't even honor their own appointment schedule, or return your calls, you've hit a whole new level of let the buyer beware.

Had daughter car in shop and after having an appointment it still took three days and wasn't fixed. Correctly. Come to find out they fixed wrong side. Service is awful and trying to get answers is impossible. Ended up taking it to Simmons to have it done right.

Nice people and easy to deal with. Very fair deal on the car especially considering lack of new vehicles available

Not happy with communication or feedback on service, unable to get service department to answer phone, had to drive back 3 time to get understand what going on with my vehicle which is a Toyota product. Need better management with communication. Very disappointed how they operate now from the original owner. Customer service is only when okay when face to face but on phone it very frustrating!
