I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Kimble , Dr. Howell , Dr. McRee , Mrs. Ann, Brittany , Kayla , Lacey and all the staff (friends ) at Animal Medical Center. I have been a client for over 17 years. Each one of them go the extra mile. They provide one on one special attention ( even when they are extremely busy ) and promptness with my concerns. This vets office is thorough and will do what it takes to get your furry family member happy and healthy. Overnight stays are very reasonable. I have had three cats neutered here and they have always come out in good shape. Our most recent visit was for a recurrent abscess on the elbow of a new kitty addition to the family. The vet here x-rayed the elbow to diagnose an abscess in the ulna bone (most likely from a bite wound injury). We are treating the abscess with clindamycin at home and hoping that we will have years of use and companionship with a good and friendly mouser.

We have spent a fortune here for one dog! We recently boarded our dog and I asked the vet tech to have them check my dog for his itching and chewing at his legs! We picked up our dog after a 5 night stay away from home. Our Bill was for boarding and a "professional exam for 55.00 as well! That's fine, you sent a sample home for us to spray on hot spots, but no one had the courtesy to call us to tell us anything! And when we picked up our dog, our Bill was over 130.00! My husband was standing outside the clinic when one of the vets pulled in and got out of his vehicle, slapped on his mask and hurried into the clinic. Never acknowledging my husband who was waiting to get our dog! We will be getting our records and going elsewhere! I mean a 55.00 exam for some itching and no one called as just a courtesy?

I would NEVER use this vet! Our precious baby got ran over on a late Saturday night so of course I called knowing it was going to be after hours and talked to the vet on call. She was so RUDE!!! I was relaying what she was telling me to my husband so we could make a decision as to what to do and she said and I quote “ I'm just going back to bed.. y'all need to take her to the 24 hour clinic in flowoodâ€. So freaking rude!!!! Brookhaven animal hospital took my baby in and was so sensitive and efficient. Shame on this vet that works here!

Our Max had to go for his last round of shots and be checked out. Max didn't handle this well but the staff handle him with kindness and was very professional. They answered question very quickly and offered suggestions to help Max. I appreciate all they do when we have to bring one of the fur babies in for a checkup or if we have an emergency. Thank you Animal Medical Center.
