Car stalled on me during winter storm. They told me blown head gasket. Got second opinion and that's not case. Water not in oil or oil not in radiator. Car does burn a little oil. I knew that already. They told me I needed new engine and it was gonna cost me 9k. Never told me car cranked up again. But charged me $89 to tell me a dn lie. The mechanic is incompetent. These folks is not trustworthy at all!! Last time I took my vehicle the lady at the desk wanna know where I work. I ain't doing this with them a third time!! This is it! My car will stay at my house and I will call someone to come check it, Majestic won't get another penny out of me!

Wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to get a flat on a bicycle fixed here. Used them twice. Gave them the benefit of doubt for the first time they screwed me. Tried again, price changed twice before I even dropped it off. Then caught the lady up front in a straight up lie about it. Then they tried to charge 3 times what a fluid for the engine really cost... anywhere!! At the end, they said, we only have 1 mechanic, so it ain't happening today. Try again tomorrow. FYI, I dropped it off before they were even open. If you're short handed, say so, I get it. DON'T LIE. Maybe new owners would care. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE.

I took my car there to see why it was taking so long to crank but it will crank after a couple of tries. They could not fix it but still charged me $85. I took my car home the same day and now it won't crank at all. I believe they did something to it and just didn't tell me. Not happy at all

These people are certified Thieves. Kept my truck for a month and my problem still there. They don’t know what they’re doing. They broke several parts on my truck and charged me for it. Mechanic said he broke it and the old lady at the from said it was broke when it got there. These are what you call thieves.

Took my truck in to get the transmission serviced, and the mechanic discovered that he couldn't figure out and/or fix the problem, yet still charged me $85 for looking at it. That's straight robbery! It's not my fault that the guy never work on Fords. He should have told me that before he took my keys! If you use this company, you better make sure they can fix it before you hand over your keys, or you will be out of $85 because of their lack of experience. I should have stuck with my first thought to stay away from this place because of all the bad reviews. My bad....Service: Transmission

I have used Majestic for 2 years. They are the best place for car repairs I have ever used. Their lead mechanic ***** is honest and an excellent mechanic.

I've only used them once...they people are nice & friendly...I got my car back the next day...I think they are toooo pricey...I paid $230 2 have a starter replace & I purchased the starter myself at different location.

I would not recommend Majestic to anyone. They were supposed to call me before fixing anything and did not. Costed $700 to fix a few bolts. They said transmission was fine, that nothing was wrong with it. Drove it 10 miles and it started smoking from trans fluid leaking and the whole transmission went out. They are charging me double labor and parts. I will not be using them again.Service: Transmission

Genuine & helpful staff, after multiple car troubles on a road trip and multiple other mechanics these guys are the best- got me back on the road as soon as they could, drove to get me tires for my car themselves when they didn’t have them in stock, and made sure it was safe to drive the rest of the way. An honest to god blessing
