My family went to the It’s Fashion located in Brookhaven, MS this evening at 6:25. The store closed at 7. They refused to open a dressing room for my granddaughter to try on a pair of jeans. They said they were getting ready to close the store and refused to unlock the dressing room. Please remember the store did not close for 35 minute. If it was possible to give negative stars this store would deserve it due to poor customer service.
