This place was wonderful when the old owner had it. Now it's garbage and the ladies up front need and attitude adjustment. I have tried to get my oil changed twice and both times they have run me out lol. I wish I could give them zero stars!

Got an oil change, he states that includes changing the oil, checking belts and hoses, topping fluids, and checking tire pressure. They didn't check tire pressure, the light was still on... so he says let me just put air in all of them lol. (Clearly i never got it in the first place). Also when i got home and checked.... washer fluid was still so low that you couldn't even see it. Never again!

I got my car serviced here and was told the job would be an hour and a half for brakes and front end alignment...I was here 3 hours...I'm just glad I got here when I did as I watched him turn 3 customers away because they were busy.

I went to them for an air conditioner diagnosis. They forgot to put my caps back on my hoses, causing me to have to have more repairs. Additionally, they diagnosed another problem, but when I called back asking for details they hadn't recorded anything in the computer.

My tire blew out driving From New Orleans to Chicago and I was in a rough spot. The tow truck that my insurance sent gave him an address for a tire shop that didn't exist. We rolled into 51 Firestone and they were able to get me a new tire and back on the road in under 30 minutes. Without them we would have been stuck in the mIddle of Mississippii
