Jacob of Davis Wrecker and his father Nick have no character. Our family has used this company for YEARS and today when we needed their help because our moving truck got stuck and was blocking traffic on a dangerous curve, it took them an hour to get here, despite them being a twenty four hour business. A kind neighbor helped us pull it out and the Lincoln County Sheriff's department had to be called out so that no one got hurt. Thank you so much to the Lincoln County Sheriff's department!! You arrived quickly and were an awesome help. After Davis Wrecker arrived an hour after they were called, they demanded a $60.00 call out fee and cussed both my husband and myself out because we questioned the charge and their conviction to loyal customers. I called to discuss this matter with the "manager" Nick, who proceeded to tell me he didn't care that we had used their services for years and he also told me that his family's time was more important than the hundreds of peoples families that were inconvenienced and put in jeopardy due to their tardiness and unprofessional behavior. He told me, "Fuck you", and hung up on me. Do NOT use this company. They are rude, self centered individuals with no character and no appreciation for loyal customers. If I could have given them minus five stars, I would have, because they don't even deserve the one star I was forced to give them on this app.
