Through the 20 years that they've been my animal doctors they have help me make payments or give me time to make payments if I was out of work or money at the time when an emergency happened they were wonderful about that they were wonderful about showing me how to have my animals cremated and they have took care of my many cats which I think I've had about 12 of them through my 20 years and they took care of all their boo-boos so yes they are a wonderful place to visit or to try

PSA: DO NOT GO TO THIS VET!! They do not care at all and that is the most upsetting and stressful thing to go through.
I took my 3 month old kitten, Skye to be seen because she was really sick and i was concerned because she wasn’t really getting around. I took her here because my normal vet did not have an opening and i wished i would’ve waited. I spent close to $400 all for Dr. Case to look at her for not even 2 minutes. He didn’t even come in the room, nor weighed her. He stood in the doorway and told us that she had an upper respiratory infection. We asked for a culture due to personal reasons and he did it, not wanting to keep in mind. We’ve called twice asking for the results and the receptionist said she would leave a message for the tech to email it to us. It’s been over two weeks and we have received absolutely nothing. We went in today, and they still can’t give us the record of the culture.
❕If your cat needs to go to a vet, I recommend Copiah Animal Hospital due to the following reasons…❕
• It’s a lot cheaper and you get more for your money.
• Dr. Stacy weighs all animals every single visit.
• You get to go back with her and see what she’s doing and she’ll answer all your questions and makes sure you understand what’s going on with your animal.

Dr. Case is an excellent vet and gave great care to my poodle Rascal who we just had to put to sleep. I recommend BAH for all pets needs and our other baby Shadow will still get her care here.

???Please read. I hate to post this because of the impeccable care that Dr. Bob gave to Tabby but I believe this needs to be addressed. If I could give Dr. Bob a 10 I would. We saw Dr. Ryan C Case once also with Tabby’s battle with bone cancer and he was great. No complaints here.
Tabby took a turn for the worse and needed to be put to sleep. I called the clinic after hours and Gordon Cliburn was on call. He was busy and told me he wished we had came in during normal hours.
I don’t want to get into the nightmare of an experience we had with him. We ended up going to another gracious vet that was wonderful. I don’t believe we were the first or last person that this happened to with Cliburn. Please bring this to Dr. Bob’s attention if this happens to you and please remember you have options if this happens. You can always go to another veterinarian clinic in an emergency.

We were so excited to find Brookhaven Animal Hospital! We were looking for a vet and a staff who would take the time with our boys (dogs) as well with us to explain each of their needs. They have an extremely clean facility as well as knowledgeable staff.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!
Sadly, this place doesn’t care about our furry babies. We spent about $1,000+ to see our cat almost die in our arms, knowing that there was a solution to save her life. Thankfully, we found another place that knew exactly what my baby needed, and so far, she is doing much better. But overall, I had a horrible experience here, is all about money…

we had a very sick puppy and the doctor wouldn't speak to us after hours because we "were not clients" this is a terrible veterinarian clinic and we do not recommend

Haven't had to use vet service here in a good while. I don't know how long ago, but maybe more than six months. Have used their emergency service a few times before - once to euthanize a kitten. Very good service then, and very understanding. I have always paid my bills in full at time of service.Not now. My daughter's cat is in pretty bad shape, of course, on a Sunday night. Call the vet to hopefully be seen after hours? Nope. Not a current client because I haven't been seen recent enough. Guess I have to spend money there more than once a year to be considered a client. Answering service is rough about it, too.I don't know what's chaged, but I guess "care for the great and small" comes with a "if you've given us money recently enough" caveat now.I just pray this cat doesn't get too bad before tomorrow morning. I don't want to deal with this AND a distraught daughter, too.
