I call up to AutoZone Auto parts and got a women on the phone that told me my battery was still under warranty . When my brother got back up there they told him it was not under warranty he had to put the hold BILL .NOT RIGHT AT ALL

I had a great experience with the free battery replacement, they were super nice and helpful. The manager was very knowledgeable and let me know what was causing my issues and pointed out how best to fix it!

We went here to get materials for an oil change and walked out of this store to go to next door. The person at the counter was too busy on their phone to go get a filter. Instead they handed us a piece of paper and said go find this serial number. Never has a store made us search for a serial numbered product. Service still matters folks. Very disappointing.
