It's shameful how poor the customer service at this post office has become. Management at Headquarters downtown should really take a look at what's happening at this location. They are not responsive to the taxpaying public--not even answering the telephone nor responding to emails.

The workers at this location is so disorganized I've put in hold mail request and even forward mail requests, and still the current resident is still receiving mail for me. I have tried doing all that I could to get my mail problems handled and yet they continue to deliver my mail to the wrong address.

Just like everyone said they would be the worst in history. The carriers are the laziest on the world. They just lie and ask you to pick up from their post office since they found either your package too heavy or too far from the apartment entry. Give 1 star still too many…

Delivered a package to the wrong address even after I rerouted it and spoke to the office about my mail being sent to the wrong address. After changing my address prior to this and mail still bring delivered to the wrong place. Submitted a claim for this package over a week ago. Still have heard nothing back.

This post office has to be the worst in history. The carriers are the laziest employees on this side of the world. They will lie to avoid having to deliver large packages. I don't use the words hate for often, but they've earned the word.

50% chance of getting your mail or package. 0% chance of them answering the phone when you call to check on missing package. 100% chance when you go up there they get an attitude with you.

Leave it to USPS to have 1 of 3 packages either broken, delivered to the incorrect address, or stolen! This place has horrible service!

I have had multiple packages delivered to my house that don’t belong to me. But I take it upon myself to take them to the proper address because I would want the same if my package(s) were delivered to the wrong house. They need to pay attention, I feel like I’m an employee of theirs as much as they send me other peoples packages.

We've always had issues, and several of us called from my business building, and even spoken to the Postmaster, nothing has been done. - If it's a remotely heavy package, they'll leave it in the middle of the buildings lobby, which has MULTIPLE businesses. - If we're supposed to get a package on Sunday, forget about it. - If they don't feel like finding our office suite, they'll just say package was "undeliverable" we have to go pick it up. Why are we even paying for delivery? - if they don't feel like looking for our office suite, they sometimes drop it off at the business nearest to the front of the shopping center. - packages left in plain view, on mailboxes next to a field by our office!!

They don’t answer the phone. They let UPS packages sit in the back for DAYS before they scan them in for delivery. I went to UPS personally to track a package that Flowood postal office said they didn’t have, and they ABSOLUTELY had it, they were just too lazy to scan in and deliver it. The packages literally sit in the back until they so feel inclined to deal with them. I’ve had to wait 2 and 3 weeks to get a package simply because it was sitting in a pile at their post office. Don’t bother going down there looking for it, they won’t. I absolutely hate USPS. I won’t hardly order from vendors who use them. They currently have one of my packed that’s been sitting there now a week. No telling when I will get that one. ? LAZY!!

I rarely go in to this branch but every single time I have it has been a positive experience. The lady that works there goes ABOVE AND Beyond her normal duties to accommodate. Thank you for this.

Time sensitive mail was sitting at the post office and was not sent out for delivery, while junk mail was delivered. Since I knew from tracking that these sensitive mail pieces were sitting at the post office for 4 days, I had to make the trip to the post office and pick them up myself. Awful service, totally ignoring their duties and their customers.

Not the worst post office but ranks at the top. Rudeness is their priority if you must go to the counter. Horrible mail delivery to your house. I receive the daily digest by email and it really shows that most of my mail is never delivered. Or better yet I find pieces of it lying in the ditch by the mailbox roadside. Do not even get me started about UPS and Fedex, Spartpost or Surepost going through this post office. The packages can literally go across the US in 2-3 days and sit at the Jackson MS terminal or this local post office for 3-4 days before arriving to my house. If they even arrive at all. Mail carrier even backed over my satelite dish down in the yard once. Contacted the PO and they sent me a 4 page document to fill out for repayment of the damaged dish. The document was written by a lawyer so I would need a lawyer to fill it out. Needless to say I paid to have my dish replaced on my dime. USPS reminds me a welfare job given out by the government that I am wondering do we even need the Postal service anymore? Junk mail they do an outstanding delivery on.
