After 40 years of banking with Trustmark. Their personal service has diminished exponentially especially for personal and business owners. They have an extremely high turnover in employment for some reason. Staff is not accommodating and helpful as they used to be. Serious decline in customer service.

1st time ever using an ATM where you could see the teller that was working from another state bank, kind of creepy, but cool, because of evil folks stealing & hurting bank employees we've become like computer Star-Trek like folks?, the teller was very sweet, professional, kind & courteous, helping me help someone else, that was GRRREAT, THANK YOU, BLESS YOU ALL

The manager Sharon is the rudest person I have met there. Love all ladies at window and morgan. They r the only reason I go there still.
