They refuse to disclose their pricing over the phone or on their website. This is a tactic only done by shady businesses trying to emotionally upsell you upon walk-in. Every other gym in the area disclosed prices happily during a two minute phone call. I understand their policy is their policy, but I'm voting with my wallet due to their policy. Complete Fitness will not be getting my business due to their lack of transparency.

The Club is an amazing Gym. The people, the equipment ,the pools, tanning beds and classes are all great . Equipment is repaired in a timely manner, if it breaks down. New equipment has recently been added . The building is pretty ,well lit inside / out . It is a beautiful place to work out for individuals / families, I have been going to The Club sense 2010. I love it.

Everything is great except for the gym floor, there is not enough space between the equipment to exercise comfortably without bumping into people. Other than that it’s a nice facility. ??

Great place and environment. I understand understand the utilization of space. However, the main gym area is overly packed, in my opinion.

Staff is friendly, gym and locker rooms are kept clean, nice indoor and outdoor pools. Tennis courts, outdoor track, tanning beds, spin room, group classes, and a "cross fit" area are included as well. There is also a nice Women's Gym with weights, treadmills, elliptical machines, and stair climbers. I don't have small kids, but they have childcare available, too. Only complaint is how often the treadmills go down, but they are usually fixed pretty quickly. Memberships are a little pricy compared to other gyms in the area, but you definitely get what you pay for.

I have been a guest at the club 2-3 over the past year. Overall a great gym with very nice staff. I wish they would bring the towels back. The new treadmills are very nice, and the track outside is great! My only flaw was a woman staff member very passive aggressively tried talking about a political candidate to me. It made me a bit uncomfortable, but besides that Great gym! Would recommend to all people beginners to advanced.
