StorageMax Grants Crossing provides great customer service, described as very responsive and professional. Staff listen to needs and help find the right solution, with assistance that includes the use of a moving truck. The experience is great overall, though entering an access code repeatedly is noted as a minor issue. Customers are very happy with their interactions at this location.

Love the customer service that were provided. Very responsive on everything. All my questions were answered without me asking. Only thing that was an issue but not too big was entering the access code every time you have to go in. Other than that my experience with them are great.

Ms Jennie was very nice and professional in my getting a storage unit for my furniture. Plus she even was able to give me use of a uhaul truck to move my furniture with.
