I recently bought my son a truck from Austin at SWAG. It was a long and hard process, and we were tough customers! Austin was absolutely the greatest guy we could possibly have chosen to help us with this purchase! He was more than fair on our trade, which was a huge issue, patient, but most of all honest! I can't say enough good things about my experience with these guys! I will always ask Austin first if I need anything automotive!
I don't think you'll go wrong dealing with them!!!

I just drove 1.5 hrs one way to look at a veh. The ad states no accidents
I spoke to Mike yesterday and he stated it had never been wrecked.
I got here and the right side had been wrecked, poorly repaired and repainted.
A few months ago I went to the same dealer (didn’t realize it until I arrived today) and it was false advertisement then as well. When questioned they just blow you off.

2013 Toyota Tundra --- Clean Carfax --- No
Accidents --- Great Service Records - - - This truck is in very good condition all the way around and has zero mechanical issues or concerns.
I cannot reply to your response but 1, I did not speak to your customers. 2. If you go look at the truck you can see that not only has it been damaged, it has been repainted. There is 2 scratches by the back glass that was pained over without standing and prep.
The seals on the bottom of the doors are hanging out.
The body is not straight. I just wish you would have been truthful with me.
Last time I went I was told no noticeable damage on the car and very light wear inside. The seats was ripped on both driver and passenger sides. When questioned I was told that it was because the upholstery guy was out of town. So see y’all lie about your vehicles. Guess the truth hurts!

I drove 11 hours (744 miles) from NC because they had a vehicle I had been searching for at the right price with decently low mileage. Do your research before any car purchase. Chad was great got me the information and photos I requested. They do right by customers, he quickly addressed my concerns with some maintenance for the car. Swag is a family owned business and I would make the drive again if I was looking to find a vehicle.He answered all of my questions over the phone and wasn’t overbearing when we arrived. We test drove the vehicle, I signed paperwork and in less than an hour we were headed home. I put 915 miles on it in the first 72 hours. Super thankful for this experience.

Bought a vehicle last year and still having to buy and replace parts. Vehicle was extremely over priced. Another reason I rarely deal with used car dealers. It's risky...do your research before settling.

Our experience with SWAG auto dealership was great!! We could not have ask for better care. The owner was very helpful and patient with us in getting the price and financing that met our families needs. He worked with us from 3 1/2 hours away to keep the vehicle til our financing went through and we were able to make the trip to test drive and ultimately complete the purchase. He dealt very honest and real with us. We would not hesitate to purchase from him again.

This is a family-owned, honest dealership. I was so impressed with the quality of inventory on their lot. We did a trade-in and purchased two vehicles in the same day. They are fair on their prices and don’t play games when talking money. We will use them for all of our car needs going forward, and I will always recommend them to family and friends.
