I really wish there was another light company in Wesson I could deal with because you people are full of ish. First yall even give a wave on my bill after I called multiple times to tell you my 3 light pole wasn’t working and it took you a whole week to come fix them but I bet yall want yall money on time.Now yall charging a extra fee to use your debit card like when did this come about and when was yall going to notify your customers ??

Thomas Edison had better electric in 1900s this is the biggest joke of a electric company. I have lived all over the United States and been in deer camps in the middle of nowhere nobody socks as bad as southern pine. Electricity will go out on a bluebird day. Please let someone else take over this business because you all are pathetic

Just don’t ever use their company. Especially if you actually want your lights to work. The lights of winds just ruin everything and they take way too long to do anything about it. The worst power company you could ever have. Just absolutely useless

Sorry!!! Electric shouldn’t cost more on the hottest and coldest months ! People already use more electric on these months so they charge more for the watts you use on these months. It’s not costing them anymore than the month before but they know just when to hit you the hardest!!! Something needs to be done STOP PRICE GALGING!!!

Literally the worst company I have ever endured! They will cut your lights off, randomly, with no notification or anything informing you if and testing or whatever then it takes them damn near a week to get them restored. I mean seriously what company cuts off lights, RANDOMLY, in the middle of the night on the hottest night! Our lights have been ofc the past few months more than they have been on but we still have to pay the full month’s rent! Smdh! Better be glad we in the country and it’s the only light company we have. People if you have another option take my advice and go there because this is ridiculous! If you want nonstop outages then choose Southern Pine! Smdh such a disappointment

This has to be the worst and most sorriest power company ever. My lights have been off going on 3 days. Almost everyone lights are on in the community with the exception of a few. Food has started to unthaw in the freezers. You never can get anyone on the phone. SOUTHERN PINE IS A JOKE. I wish I could give less than a 1 and get a petition or something together to get rid of them.

Customer service is atrocious and the power goes out more when there’s not a cloud in the sky. They have to be the absolute worst power company. I can’t imagine any other being worse than them.

The website is not easy to navigate and signing into your account is confusing. I give them 4 out of 5 stars because their service is great and the employees are very helpful. They are quick to fix any problems and are very professional.
