Called ahead and got parts set aside. Arrived and had parts in no time at all. Rob took the time to talk to my dad and I at length about some possible issues and set us up with the right stuff to address other issues we were having. He is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I will definitely be back next time I have engine issues.

Really difficult to buy a boat from. Been trying since March 13 to communicate with just one sales person, wish they had a different sales person to deal with. I Signed and returned their buyers order on March 24, Motor was ordered a week earlier. When confirming on April 8, the pick up of the boat for April 15 found they still had not ordered the motor and had done nothing to prep the boat. Cost me an extra 750 mile trip if they ever do come through.

I have had two experiences with RJ's in the last two years, one an insurance property damage claim on a bent prop shaft on a large motor, second routine service on an outboard on a used smaller boat I just purchased. Outstanding service. Though I have dealt with mostly service side, I do browse, and the sales people seem knowledgeable and friendly, don't mind a tire kicker wasting a little of their time talking boats and fishing. The whole dealership seems "dialed in" to me, great customer service, fair prices, go out of their way to give that little lagniappe. Will be back, highly recommended.

We just left the store and both salesman were very rude and did not even show us a boat. They said they only had one and the other customers were buying it. They ignored us once other customers walked in. We were there ready to buy with cash in hand. They did not even try to help us.
