“The manager, Victoria, is TRULY the nicest, most professional and knowledgable person I have ever met. I came in a few days ago with my grandmother (who does not know anything about iPhones or her own cellular plan) and Victoria did not mind at all how chaotic it was to deal with my grandmother. She was even being talked to rudely by another customer, and Victoria remained so professional and kind despite it! If you ever want to switch phone plans, get an upgrade, or your regular AT&T store is too packed (like the Dogwood one), you HAVE to come to this one! The best customer service I've ever received!”
