“I had a huge stain on my wedding dress. It was days before my wedding. I dropped off my dress and they had it prepped for me within 48 hours . Normally others cleaners take a few days. I didn’t want to rush them but the owner was so kind and understanding. Recommended to everyone.”

“I had a Halloween dress that needed to be hemmed by 3 inches. I dropped off on Monday and was told it would be ready Friday by 4pm (Halloween was on Saturday). At 5pm on Friday, the costume was not at the cleaners. The guy called and had it delivered but when I called to see what was going on because they were closing in 20 minutes, I was told that the alterations person brought the dress up to the store but that it was the wrong one. The guy said he would go to the alterations person's house and get the dress and deliver it to me. Within the hour, he was at my house with the dress! He apologized over and over.Alterations Pros: alterations were perfect!Alterations Cons: Pricey ($22 for a 3 inch hem), didn't have item ready for pickup and then dropped off the wrong itemWhile I am not super impressed with the alterations department, I am really impressed by the customer service of the gentleman that took time out of his Friday night to make things right. I don't know too many other businesses that would do that nowadays. Greatly appreciated.”
