Been a while since I had been to the Crossgates Kroger and it was almost closing time. They were very patient and I did not feel rushed at all.

They don’t answer the phone. I called for 2 days hitting every option and letting it ring for literally 10 minutes or more each time. Assuming something was wrong, I drove up there and went to the customer service desk to let them know. The lady would not even acknowledge what I was telling her. I said ma’am, I don’t think your phone is working because no one answers. She said “how can I help you?” I said I’m letting you know no one answers your phone and she said “how can I help you” again and again like a robot, just totally ignoring what I was saying. Fix it!

I was to pleased. No cakes on the floor. Barley found these cupcakes and the baker wasn't too happy w me asking for a congratulations stick. It just doesn't look like a bakery.

Bought a $100 Amazon gift on 11/23/23 and the code was unreadable. Over a month later, nothing has been done. Can't get Amazon to give me a case number to give to Kroger, and apparently according to Amazon someone stole the code and used the card. DO NOT buy gift cards from Kroger! You will NOT be helped if something like this happens. So pretty much my children didn't have a Christmas because I couldn't afford to buy them anything. And while I was out $100, Kroger and Jeff Bezos pocketed that money laughing all the way to the bank. I'm just going to start back shopping at Walmart.
