BEWARE‼️‼️ I purchased a 2019 infiniti back in February it appears to have some Electrical issues that i notice while driving,A day or so after purchasing. The owner APPREARED to be nice and concerned about repairing it, however, I've been getting the run around and promise to repair since February. He didn't honor the 30day warranty on the vehicle. I can't take it to the Infiniti of Jackson due to the Bad previous dealings with the owner of Killough. They advised me to take it back to Killough! Now I'm stuck with a vehicle that He won't fix and Infiniti won't even touch! It's August and still No successful repairs after multiple contact attempts. I'd NEVER spend another dime with this place. And would NOT recommend them to ANYONE! Purchase at your own risk!

The owners were really nice, which made the buying experience pleasant. However, shortly after purchasing the car, the AC compressor went out and the sunroof stopped working. It was disappointing to encounter these issues so soon after buying.

Do NOT ever buy a car from this evil place! My neighbors bought a car from them that is the biggest lemon I’ve ever heard of, and my family was in the auto sales business for decades. It’s been in the shop being worked on more weeks than they’ve been able to drive it but it’s still messed up, The dealership owner won’t take responsibility, just makes excuses, works on it, claims it’s fixed when it isn’t, only for it to break down again and again and now is swearing at this young couple who are just trying to get a reliable vehicle before the birth of their baby.

Bought a car 7 months ago and has been in the shop for about 3 of them! I would steer clear from this used car lot! Looks may be deceiving and unfortunately I leaned that the hard way! Could go on and on about the stuff this guy has tried telling me. Just trying to save the next guy from getting ripped off.

Greg and Glenda are the BEST!! We have bought 5 vehicles from them so far and do not regret one decision. They take care of us from the beginning to the end. They have become family at this point. If you are looking for a new vehicle and want a trustworthy guy then Killough is your best option!! He will never screw you over!!

after giving them your ssn you will never hear back from them all they will keep saying is they are with a customer & will call back in 10-15 mins please put a pin on your ssn to be on the safe side

Can’t say enough good things about this dealership. Literally every member, Greg, his wife, their son, the mechanic, and the detailer was extremely nice and treated you like a friend. Greg made me feel like he went above and beyond to not only get me into the truck (‘17 F-250 Platinum) I wanted but also kept me within my budget.

I don't typically enjoy going to vehicle dealerships due to the back and forth on pricing and I typically leave disappointed. However, while I was browsing for a new vehicle, I saw the one I was looking for on Mr. Killough's lot. Got in touch with them and just a few days later I was driving home in my new (to me) vehicle.Mr. Killough made the buying/trade-in process very easy and stress free for me, coming up with a price that I was happy with. I'll be sure to browse their inventory in the future if I'm looking to buy another vehicle.
