I was very surprised how this turned out. My parents house needs the septic tank pumped. Called Hillary’s for an estimate. Told them that the tank is an older tank with a concrete lid and that would be digging, a good bit of it. I and Paul were quoted $400 to $550 range, including the digging. The man at the office was very nice. Now, when the crew got here, they stated that they knew nothing about the digging. After a few minutes they wanted to break a hole in the top so they wouldn’t have to dig anymore. They got really rude and said they were leaving. Call the office and the man tried to say we didn’t tell him about what kind of tank it was. He said they would do the job for another $200. Than they just left and will not return phone calls. I don’t know about y’all, but the company goes back on their deals and on top of that, this is how they treat two 79’s years old.

Had them pump my tank 2 years ago and had to have it pumped again recently but used a different company. The company I used this time actually dug down to the lid and removed a access port to properly clean my tank. When I used Hillard's they stuck the hose down the vent pipe. I was told it looked like it has never been pumped and it was just 2 years ago when Hillard's pumped it last. Beware they just pumped the liquid out not any solids.
