Racist workers, the girl at the counter didn't want to acknowledge me and my partner got asked to check out instead. I was stared in disgust the whole time I was looking through the store. I tan and not white and have never felt more uncomfortable in a place!

Store owners really lack a lot of compassion. I tried to return an item and the first time I emotionally was not in the best place. I had gotten married two days before and had 0 money, so I wanted to return the item and swap to at least knock a couple of Christmas presents off my list. They said without tags it was a no, so I found the tags and was still denied a return. When I came back and asked they said yes to my return, and it seemed like when they realized it was me the answer was no. I work with in Vet Med where I deal with emotionally charged clients daily and people take out a lot of frustration on staff. We also don’t make a lot of money. This store has had a reputation for being ugly to customers, and I’ve been going for over 15+ years. I guess I was due for a bad experience and at a very stressful time in life it would have been appreciated to get a little kindness and compassion.

Love shopping here! They always have the cutest, must-have trends, and they are so generous with gift wrapping or giving customers gift bags, which is huge for me!!! My only issue is I have to keep from buying myself too many presents! ?

Loved this store. The best selection of gifts. I had a blanket monogrammed. Did a fabulous job and turn around was quick. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

I absolutely adore this boutique. Right in the middle of Brandon. Such a plethora of products and name brands I can get close to home! It keeps me from having to go to Jackson/highland village frequently!
