Website has vehicles that are "ready to reserve order"I get to the dealership to get the runaround that they aren't available....but the ones that are 10k more are available. Go figure! Blaine's the website not being updated. The website is a key component of your business. Try another excuse!

drove 3.5 hrs to buy 2021 Tahoe said it. only has 2 scratches no dents get there has a dent 3 ft long .when I told levorn I wasn't interested because of the dent, he said show me the dent! then said it was a scuff $60,000 for a dented up suv not for me I won't be back

Bitter/sweet, bought a new prius didn't had a spare tire and I notice until I have a flat tire, road assistance can not use the kit.provided for liability. Then got another flat tire ( roads full of debris) and there was no original tire for my car. Waited 4 days tire is not here after almost 10. Service I will give them 10 stars , they really want to solve and help. Didn't thought tires would be that big of a problem.

?Well this service department used to be great about up until a year or so ago. I was informed that an outside company had bought the Gray Daniels dealership(s) but kept the Gray Daniels name. Since then I've had a couple of incidents with the service department and my trust is waning. I will not bash any business because people do read these reviews for guidance and somtimes mistakes can be made. Just be careful if you use this dealership and understand that businesses have changed during this \"post pandemic \" era. Best of luck to you all.

Gray-Daniels Toyota Brandon service has gone to pot since they lost Justin Roberts. He took care of my car and me for 7 years. He always came to me a few minutes after I got there and explained what needed to be done and costs. He was concerned for my welfare. When I went yesterday, I waited an hour and no one came to discuss what my car needed. Finally, I went on a scavenger hunt looking for my car. It wasn't on the rack. It wasn't in line. It wasn't in the shop. Finally I found it parked off over to the side. I had no idea whether they had done anything to my car or not. So I walked around trying to find someone who could help me find out. None of the service people would even look at me, including the person sitting ten feet from me in glass office, the one who had greeted me when I first came in, who I later discovered was service manager. So I sat down in the lounge area and called the service telephone. I told the person who answered what was happening. He got busy and took care of me. He learned that they had changed my oil but nothing else. I had told service manager that I had two lights on--tire and maintenance. They had ignored my tires. Justin always saw to it that they rotated my tires as promised when I bought my tires from them. So this young man got my tires rotated and talked his service manager into giving me my oil change free. Thank you, James Albritton, for being the redemptive force in my otherwise awful experience. What would have bene nice would have been or the service manager--when I told him Justin usually took care of me but I hadn't been able to get him--to have graciously said, "I'm so sorry but Justin is no longer here. Let me introduce you to ___ who will take care of you. We appreciate your business." If I go back I'll ask for James, but I'm not sure I'll go back. Thank you for free oil change.

Definitely won’t be coming here again unless absolutely necessary. Usually the service techs are awesome. I’ve never had to speak to the parts department until my tire blew out. I called and they told me that my tire would be delivered that afternoon. I made an appointment for the following day and after waiting for 2 hours was told by the parts guy (in a condescending manner) that I misunderstood and I had to PAY FOR MY TIRE for it to be delivered before it was mounted. I was beyond frustrated. I left and went to a mom and pop shop about half a mile away and got a new tire, mounted and balanced within the hour. I can’t recommend this service department simply because of the lack of service that their parts department offers.

The whole staff is awesome but one person in mind today is Mr Willie Thornton. The reason why he is so successful in the business for over 20 years is because he will make solid reliable recommendations no matter where your at with your current situation. He is a great guy and trustworthy. If your in the market for a Toyota I would go out to Gray Daniels in Brandon and trust him to lead you in the right direction. He is 5 Star! Thank you James Allbritton, service advisor, for taking great care of me regarding my Lexus IS 300 check engine light yesterday evening. Also, didn't get her name, but a very pretty young lady (brunette hair, black shirt and pants, rental agent) was very helpful, welcoming and reassuring to me, as I was 6 hrs from home- customer service at its best!
