I was in the market for an SUV after the loss of my 2017 Nissan Altima purchased at Gray Daniels Nissan in Brandon! I was contacted by Ernest “ Big E” Izevbigie and he got me in a 2021 Nissan Rogue! I’ve had it a month and I absolutely love it! Big E was patient, respectful and went out of his way to get me in a new ride! I told myself I wasn't going to give them another chance after they brushed me off last time, but I did anyway and am extremely disappointed.
I go into Nissan the day before to get my battery looked at. They told me to set and appointment and their next available time is at 9:30AM the next day, so I reserve it. I show up at 9:30 and the guy says "can you leave it with us, for like a few days? All of our techs are on big jobs and do not have time to look at it". Well, that tells me that 9:30 was not available and your appointment book should reflect that. That was a waste of my time as I could have went somewhere else. But because this will be my third battery, and I purchased my last one from Nissan, I wanted to stick with them. I'm going to take this as a sign.

I purchased my Rogue 12/31/23. Big E is an awesome salesman! He made it a pressure free experience, had my monthly note affordable and in the range I was asking for. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle I highly recommend you stopping in and asking for him! I guarantee he’ll treat you right!

I was in the market for a used small model SUV. My parents stopped by the lot just to look and were greeted by Andrea. She was a sweetheart from the start showing them a trade in they had recently received that hadn’t even been put on the lot. Within the week she had me driving off the lot in my new 2016 Nissan Rogue! She kept in touch and kept us updated on each step of the process. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I also want to compliment the finance department. I apologize for not knowing the man’s name who assisted us but he was also very friendly and very personable. I can’t say enough good things about this staff.
