Gary Wilson, the service man we dealt with, has a real DON'T CARE attitude and refused to let me speak with the Manager of the Department. I guess the manager was busy with other complaints!

Have no concerns for customers that have purchased $40,000 vehicles. They are out for one thing and once they sell you they are through with you. Pathetic.

Last service we called for an appointment and they tell us we don't need one just show up and they will work us in. 45 minute drive away and they will not work us in because we have to have an appointment. Turn us away and said they might be able to do it tomorrow. Buy a car with free services and they find ways not to do it. That is what it seems to me. Should have bought from somewhere else. We love the car and are thankful for the ones who sold it to us. Unsatisfied when we only have certain days off but can't get it done when you need it. My business has got to go somewhere else.

Got a coupon for an oil change at Gray-Daniels Nissan. They refused to honor the coupon even though we met all requirements. They were not helpful and have a "I don't care" attitude. Will not buy a vehicle from a dealer that treats customers this way.

These are the best of the best! They make you feel so welcome & are most definitely helpful. Don, Brittany, Chris, & Jeff make it as it should be! Customer Service is really their top priority!! No tricks, no surprises, everything up front and they keep you in the loop in the process. Don was very patient with me, making sure I understood everything before they replaced or worked on any thing. I have never to have a bad experience, in all the time I've been coming. I won't trust my car in anyone else's hands!! The only real questions are; why doesn't every one else know what a great place this is and why haven't ya'll tried here yet?~ They really need a star on here for going above and beyond!!! Thank ya'll everyone for everything you do!!!

Normally I talk good about Grey Daniels and their service department but today is an exception to that. I made an appointment on October 26th to get some new tires for my van. Scheduled it on the Grey Daniels website for 7:00 o’clock this morning (Saturday Nov 5th). I arrive early for the appointment but find out that the place doesn’t open until 8:00. That’s fine, I don’t mind waiting. So the place opens and I pull in. I tell the guy I have an appointment for tires and he proceeds to tell me they don’t do appointments on Saturday. (I made it on their website) I show him the confirmation email and he then tells me that he can’t honor their quoted priced as that sale had ended. He then brings me a sheet showing tires for almost $200 more than what I was quoted. These are very unprofessional and shady practices to get someone into the place to upsell them services and products. This experience has made me question doing business with them in the future. Of course one customer not returning won’t break their bank but wanted to share my experience so potential and current customers will be cautious when making appointments and getting quotes from their webpage.Service: Auto tire replacement

I'll never buy another Nissan as long as I live. Had a 2022 Armada and it had stability/suspension issues. Continued to take it to the shop, but to no avail they refused to fix the problem. Six months in and I found myself getting rid of the vehicle. Complete garbage and the service people refused to do anything to rid the problem.

This is the worst dealership ever to deal with. The sales men/women add false information on your application to ensure they get a sale. Then, they pin everything on you in attempt to cover there fraudulent actions. Never go here for any car.

Wut could have been a bad experience, turned out ok. I was there from 8 am until about 3:30 pm. Wut made it a better experience was the gentleman (Zach) that was helping me reminded, me that they could shuttle me to Waffle House. Having not had time for anything but a cup of coffee early in the morning, I gladly accepted the offer. And the day went much better. Truly appreciated the hospitality!
