Every time we go to this location we have to deal with Wade - who is supposedly the store manager that doesn't know how to do anything. He is always grouchy and looks absolutely annoyed to even speak to us. We ordered an 18' cedar beam from there paid on the spot and they never ordered it, we would call Wade would tell us it was on the truck on the way but it was never ordered.. We went in there yesterday to get a quote for 16 interior doors and we spoke with Wade and he told us we would have to wait until the lady who does the quotes to come back from the bank. How are you a store manager and don't know how to do do EVERYTHING in the store?? The only people that have been friendly in this location has been in the design department. Definitely done trying to use this location.
