the air hockey table has been broken for years and they never have ping pong balls for their ping pong table and they didn't have toilet paper for my friends explosive diarrhea (we think it was the aloe in his shake)

The workers are quick and teas are great. I like to call ahead in the mornings when I go to work and they usually have it ready when I get there, then it’s super quick.

Terrible service...location isn't great. Always kids running it. Just not up to par to the other ones I have visited. Disappointed to say the least.

Went there today with my husband and son. No one spoke. No biggie. But there were 4 employees but only one working. On employee had a bikini top on with a hoodie unzipped hanging off her shoulder. Then they had a sign saying we would be charged more if using a card. Needless to say we left and went down the street to another similar place. Will not go back to this place again. I thought it would be a little more upscale due to it being in downtown Brandon. I was wrong.

Nice people but they fill your cup with 75% ice and they charge a fee to use a debit card.
