I really hate to leave these type of reviews; but, once my daughter brought it to my attention that she felt very uncomfortable in this dollar general I just had to leave a review.
She stated that she walked into this store and this short, thin, petite, caucasian woman, with gray hair and a brace on her arm seemed to be staring at her while she was walking around looking for snacks; in which I told her that I would allow her to get some snacks today. She stated that the woman continued to stare at her while she walked around and that she overheard her tell this heavyset caucasian gentlemen that they may have to switch places; because, she may need to walk around and watch. When she brought this to my attention I was furious.
Because, while I was shopping for household items I noticed the same lady and a heavy set guy were looking at me also; however, I didn’t really pay much attention to it; it did seem a bit weird and suspicious that they were looking at me also.
Once she told me what was said, I just can’t look at this store the same anymore. I probably won’t be shopping here anymore.

I come to this store at least 4 times a week & after what I saw today I will not return until these workers are no longer there!. These 2 workers feel like if there’s a self checkout machine then they can run to the back when there’s 2 or more ppl waiting in line … after seeing an elderly women standing in a line the manger was at her register & could’ve rung the lady up but made her stand there waiting for the self checkout for 10 mins….The manager I’m talking bout has blonde braids she drives a dark grey Ford Taurus I know this because she walked outside when other ppl needed to be rung up. I’m never coming back till she’s gone & the other petite lady was tearing down boxes & was asked to ring up 2 ppl she said ring up at the self checkout like wow not everyone wants to self checkout they have lots of things to ring up smh I’m going to spillway dollar general until further notice

Pros-Staff is friendlyCons-Shelves are empty/ not organized-carts with random things in walk ways-leaks from roof-over all quality of building is questionable

While trying to do the self-checkout a notice came up that I would have to wait for employees assistance when the employee begrudgingly came to the counter informed me that there was nothing wrong while I stood there and watched her type in a password after she hit the button that said waiting for an employee's assistance horrible service in the store is in shambles Dollar General is a freaking joke!

RESTROOM REVIEW: Nope. Just nope. No tissue, soap or paper towels.Don't know why I even stop at Dollar General anymore . The store is usually a mess and always has EMPTY shelves.

I went to get detergent and there is zero on the shelf, like nothing and most of the store is like that. I asked when they would get some in, he said it’s here it’s just not stocked. Been like this a few days. There was several people working, one needs to be stocking while the other checks people out. Every time I go in this store it’s sad, managements must never come by or they just don’t care about their store and how it looks to others. Get it together please.
