Terribly long wait at the end of day to make business deposits daily. This ITM teller takes too long. Always a long line of cars from 4:30 til 7:30. Such an inconvenience and nuisance. Give real people their jobs back.

This was by far the rudest teller I have ever had at a Bank Plus. I have three accounts and have for 7+ years. I am a mother of 2 and a wife and a teacher, I cannot and will not remember 3 account numbers. I have never had one rudely tell me I need to remember my account numbers and roll her eyes at me. My easy and best suggestion is to remove Marilyn Mullins from the window before she catches the wrong person having a worse day than me.

This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a bank. The teller offered to help me after waiting for 15 minutes before someone even spoke to us. It was not busy at all, so there should not have been a wait. After she offered to help me she told me to fill out a piece of paper, which did not need to be filled out because I've been there before to cash a check and have never been asked to do so, by any bank plus for that matter. She then went to help another customer and we waited another 10 minutes for her before we decided to leave because we had somewhere to be. They do not even deserve one star.
