The "MANAGER" in this location is very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL and a white trash b***** You don't give your clients a bad attitude when there's a minor problem with transactions. She's VERY Low class and sorry excuse for a manager. Need to remind her that she's giving bank plus a very bad reputation. Makes me want to pull out my account. I'm a new customer and if this is the kind of service they provide then they can kiss my business goodbye.

I have no idea why this place gets bad reviews. Maybe the used to have a totally different staff. All of the staff members now are nice, efficient, and helpful. I use them for personal and small business checking.

The clerk told me things that were not true about my account and so I had to go inside and get it straight with the manager. Everything was fine with my account but the clerk didn't know how banking works. Horrible waste of time money and blood pressure meds.

They charged me a daily overdraft fee when there was plenty of money in my account (no one at the bank can explain why) as well as an overdraft fee of $36 on a charge of $0.00. No one can explain to me how the $0 charge was on my account or why I got an over draft fee for that.

Would not recommend. Slow system. The people I have had dealings with are not very helpful.
