Would have loved to have seen this woman for training as we have few choices for positive reinforcement based training for reactivity in my area. However, she stopped replying to my emails without explanation.

Our experience was very good. We learned a great deal. We were not able to spend as much time doing all the practice homework as we should have but certainly got our money’s worth and saw a lot of improvement.

They do a wonderful job training dogs. Each day my pup would behave until she saw them. Lol There's no doubt about the love and attention the pups are given. They explain the training so it's easy to understand and without judgment. I wouldn't hesitate to take any pup of mine to them. And there's a great variety of services to meet all needs.

Great place to train and learn to train your dog, they are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. You'll definitely enjoy your pup a whole lot more with some obedience training!

Pretty unprofessional. Really shocked at how rude and disrespectful she was with someone trying to obtain a service she offers. This is literally one of the few bad reviews I have ever given a company. Just so you know, it takes a lot for me to go out of my way to post a negative review. I couldn't even through the initial phone call to get information and pricing on services before she hung up on me. Horrible customer service in my opinion. Could never recommend and would not trust my pet with anyone this temperamental!!

We did a scent work class at API with our coonhound mix. She loved the class and we always felt we were setup for success. A great instructor and business owner who is knowledgeable and kind.

While visiting a warehouse sale across from this business early this morning, an employee called to have a car towed parked in one of their parking spots (unaware it was for this particular business) before even asking for the vehicle to be moved. The lady was very polite about moving her vehicle, it wasn’t a big deal. In between moving her vehicle to a new spot and the employee parking hers, she was rude and extremely unprofessional. As she was approached about her attitude she began yelling in the parking lot how she had a long day and night and wasn’t dealing with this.. storming off. We all have bad days but there should of been a different approach for the situation. One more professional and with less anger over a parking spot. I would hate to know someone’s animal was receiving this type of behavior from her after “a long night”. Edit to add- as she got out of her car, slung the door open hitting the car parked next to hers. But as she stated “she didn’t care”

This company provides very poor customer service. The owner is very rude, unprofessional, inflexible, and doesn't treat you like she appreciates your business. Also, if you decide to use their services, be sure to review (VERY carefully) all of the details in any contract that you sign with this company. Because once you sign it, they are not flexible at all about extending timeframe for services, etc. Our vet referred them to us and we have let them know about our terrible experience with this service. There are too many other (better) options available to us.

I am about to start my 3rd set of puppy classes. This place is amazing instructors are great. Best of all classes are affordable.

My puppy and I have really enjoyed the Beginner 1 classes. Even though it is almost an hour drive from where I live, I look forward to Beginner 2.Before we began, I didn’t know which instructor we’d have. I’m thankful that I chose a Saturday class and ended up with Regina, I’m not works Saturdays. She’s a very personable trainer and easy to talk to.
