Horrible place extremely rude. Making me move our mailbox across a extremely busy highway and can’t see around the corner instead of our circle driveway that’s SAFER then crossing the highway!

Mail carrier has been a thorn in my side for years. Being in a rural area they do not drive the white mail trucks. The lady that delivers our mail has it set in her mind that she can drive through myself and my neighbors yards instead of just turning around like a normal human being. Then when we lined our yard with timbers to deter this she then shoves the garbage cans down the hill in a fit. She refuse to deliver our mail and when she does our packages only show up half of the time. Today was the last straw for me as I had a notification that my package had been delivered and was placed in my mailbox (which has also been severely damaged because she crams packages that are way too big inside). When I check to get my package it is nowhere to be found. When I call the post office no one will answer the phones. I have even gone to the post office to report this behavior in the past and the employee just rolls her eyes at me and offers jo help. Something needs to seriously change because this is ridiculous.

Mr. Gross the wannabe postmaster clearly seen fragile on my box and purposely set it on its side trying to break it or something. Did not weigh it properly either. Do not ever ever bring items to be shipped to this USPS location or it will get damaged or lost. The employees just lost all of my business.

For the second time this week, the carrier refused to get out of the car to put our packages in either our garage or front porch (one package was tiny and could most definitely fit in the mailbox too). Pure laziness in my opinion. For the bigger package, we got the email saying they would try again. I waited for two days and was outside when the mail ran..no package. I called the office and had no answer twice. Went up there to pick up the package and the lady was rude and asking for a yellow slip. News flash, the carrier won’t get out of the car..there was no slip left. I usually have bad experiences when I go into the office so it’s no surprise that they acted this way.

They could probably save more time by actually putting my bigger packages on my porch rather than rigging them to the mailbox door and trying to break it. I don't approve of this at all.

Our mail carrier shoved a box that was too big into our mail box because he didn't want to bring it to the door. In turn this damaged our mailbox. USPS needs to repair or replace what the carrier messed up.?

For some reason my mail carrier is refusing to deliver my mail. I went to the post office and the lady I spoke with said she’ll speak to my carrier. I have a mailbox. Not sure who else I can report her to. I haven’t received my mail over a week now. Oh and when she was delivering my mail she also delivered other peoples mail to my address.
