I needed a new set. Instead of grinding them off, she pulled them off. With me telling her it hurt. She insisted it had to be done that way. I asked that my acrylics be just longer than my natural nails. She cut them and my natural nails shorter. She glued my natural nail to my hand and has the acrylics completely horizontal. After she finished the rough file with the grinder, she said I didn’t need to wash my hands before polish. I asked for square with rounded corners. She did round, well sort of. They’re lopsided. I kept asking her to correct and she would tell me they were gel nails and it was ok. To top it off, the bottle of polish ran out before they were done and she painted my hands a different color. I asked for chrome, which I got but it doesn’t even cover the full nail on some. I was charged for my acrylic gel nails (expected), additional charged for take off (expected), and shaping. I’ve had hundreds of mani pedis over years and never been charged for shaping. And when checking out, I asked if she added my pedicure because it wasn’t on the screen and the math wasn’t there. She said yes. I said I don’t see it. She repeated my total to me, had someone else come run my card and walked off. First and last time!

My nails look amazing. The customer service was good. Took 2 hours. I will return! Job well done and attention to my "Steelers" nails in honor of my beloved cousin. 5 stars are due to the quality of my nails and the employees giving good customer service.
