Stayed at this property 7 nights. Then after being released from hospital a family member paid for two nights on Expedia and then made me sit outside till I could pay a $50 deposit. Been three weeks still won't release my deposit and are the total opposite of southern hospitality and they are a embarrassment to the community as all other businesses have southern hospitality

Owner helped my friend out of a bad situation by letting her stay there with her dogs. Owner is very kind and accommodating and cares about people and animals. My friend says the place is very clean and the room is nice. Thank you to the owner for helping out my friend!

My friend of 20+ years was able to stay here with her 6 rescue dogs. She recently escaped a domestic violence situation in Booneville, Mississippi, and is unable to return home to Indiana until her upcoming court date in two weeks. She has been living in her van with the dogs in anticipation of the court date. She has no close friends or relatives in Booneville & law enforcement in that small town doesn’t give a rats behind what happens to her as long as she makes it to court. Historically, she has worked in animal rescue for almost 40 years and so her dogs are highly trained and extremely well-behaved. But the fact that the dogs were allowed to stay is amazing.As her friend that lives 1000 miles away & is worried sick about her and the pets, huge kudos to the owner.

The owner of this establishment allowed a domestic abuse survivor to stay here with her pets until long-term housing could be arranged. This was a life saver. Thank God for kind people like this. In a world that doesn’t care, these people showed humanity. Highly recommended!!

Me and my crew Stayed here for 3 days working and had some of the best sleep while we stayed and the management are some of the nicest folks you’ll ever meet I would most definitely stay there again if I ever make any way through Booneville again.

The rooms are pretty and quiet but not cleaned well at all. Floors and furniture was dusty, and the sheets and blankets were unwashed. I was informed by housekeeping when I complained that she's told to flip the blanket and sheets around instead of washing them. Dirt and stains were plainly seen on the sheets. The male owner was very hospitable and polite but the woman was very rude to me and would mutter under her breath when I would pass her. They have a pet policy that states they allow cats, but for one visit after I paid, she was very upset about it and stated that she hated cats. Could be a better place if they practiced better hygiene and housekeeping and the woman had a better attitude. You should never mistreat your customers even if you're the owner. I was told not to come back because I was late paying for the day a few times but I always paid.Rooms: Rooms are pretty if they just weren't so dirty. No landline phones are provided in the rooms.Walkability: There is a gas station and laundromat within walking distance.

They are doing a lot of remodeling to that motel the beds were nice and comfortable.There was a refrigerator College size and a small microwave.I did find two plastic cups that we can get a drink out of in the restroom, no ice buckets or ice.No soaps or shampoos, the wash rags and towels were very worn.The cost was $85 a night and they took pets.Our central air unit went out so we had to stay someplace cool.

The room was just lovely high quality better than the Hampton inn and Holiday Express I’ve stayed at in the past. Very quiet area of town. The staff was absolutely wonderful very attentive I couldn’t have found a better place to stay anywhere in Booneville I will be back!!!! It was like a home away from home!!! Needs 10 ⭐️!!!!!!

Rooms were clean & looked like the pictures on Google. TV had a good # of channels to watch. Lady in the office was nice. Had a peaceful stay!!
