I hit a deer in my 2019 F150 Lariat. I figured it would take 6 weeks to get it back. I got it back in 2 weeks with a warranty. They had also washed it, inside and out. It looked brand new. I had to take it back 3 weeks later after I noticed the drivers side headlight out. I felt certain it had been working after I picked it up, but I wasn't positive. It wound up being just the bulb out. They replaced it for free and I was expecting a couple hundred dollars. I hope I don't have any more accidents, but they have earned my future business if I do. Thanks, Mac.

Fixed my exhaust last year, work seemed to be fine until I had a punctured tire to change on the highway. When I jacked my truck up, the exhaust pipes separated at the first connection in front. They hadn't welded it at all, only placed a U-bolt. When I went to them. I was told I could come another day to sit and wait and if/when they had time they'd take a look. What?? I have since taken my business eIsewhere and RE-PAID to fix my ehaust. I went to Macs because my grandfather did business with them years ago and I thought I could trust them to be fair dealing. Not so!
