It pains me to do this but Ever, the owner left me no choice. I was referred to Ever by a colleague. On October 3rd I spoke to Ever on speaker phone with my colleague who had taken my 03 Mbz to him a few days before. My car had trouble shifting. Ever said it needed a rebuilt transmission and would cost $1500 and said would be ready Monday October 5th Which I thought was odd since it was already saturdy the 3rd at 1:00 p.m. However I gave him the benefit of the doubt and I said go ahead.. I decided to wait till Tuesday October 6th and on that morning I called him to see if my car was ready. He stated that it was not ready and when I asked him what happened I thought you said it would be ready yesterday Monday the 5th and he said no I never said that, I'll call you when it's done and he said make sure you bring $1600 cash. I stated we agreed on $1500 and he said ok but make sure it's cash and hung up. On Friday I was working and in meetings all day and throughout the course of the day I received 3 phone calls with 2 voice messages and 2 text messages angrily stating to please come and pick up my car it was ready and I need to be there before the end of the day with 1600 in cash.. Later that afternoon I returned the call and spoke to him and I apologised I was busy all day and could not make it however I would be in his part of the town on Saturday, I did not guarantee I could be there but I would call him to see if I could get there, he was very upset but he said fine call me let me know and make sure you bring 1600 in cash once again. Again I said it's $1500 and he said ok. I called on saturdy apologising to let him know that unfortunately I could not get their keeping in mind that he had promised me the car a week earlier and now when he was God darn good reddy wanted me to be there ASAP I just could make it however I assured him I would be there on Monday morning. Monday morning I had an emergency come up I called him and I apologise to him and told them that I was so sorry but that I had an emergency I lived in Fountain Valley and I could not get all the way to Ontario needless to say ever was angry. He proceeded to raise his voice at me tell me what a man of his word he was and that's when I lost my temper. We went back-and-forth but at the end of the day I sure to my would be there on Tuesday morning. I did show up on Tuesday morning and he was nowhere to be found I did however meet his son and I told his son that I wanted to apologise to his father I gave him 1500 in cash and his son released the car to me. I got one block as the car not only did not shift but only had 1 gear. I quickly turned around and when I return ever happened to be there I walked up to him and a man and apologised for our exchange on Monday I explained the situation he looked at the car drove it came back and said he was sorry and he would fix it in call me right away.. The date was October 13th. To make a long story short I would contact him week after week after week with every excuse in the book he used covert 19 as an excuse he used workers being laid off as an excuse he used every possible excuse in not once did I lose my temper. I was very patient with this man constantly asking him when could he have my car every week he would promise it for next week and when I would call back he would say all I am still waiting on a part. I continued to lie to me for 2 and a 1/2 months yes 2 and a 1/2 months constantly stating that he was waiting for a shifter. He finally stopped answering my calls in messages. During this time my colleague you had referred me had also taken another vehicle there and at the end of December informing that ever had screwed him charging $2500 for transmission on ABM W and it still had the problem and not only did ever not fix it he told my colleague becoming get it that's a whole nother story in and of itself. Finally on January 16th I finally got a hold of ever and he assured me that he was getting the shifter any would have my car ready the following week. I contacted him on Thursday Janua

I do not recommend this place at all, take my car to change the transmission and they returned it to me after 5 days, when I drove it, the man said that it was normal, after 1 month I returned and said that maybe was the computer that they would take him to the dealer after 3 days I didn't recibe any calls from them until I dialed them, the very annoying owner said that he didn't know what to expect I insisted until he tells me if you go get your car to the dealer they already checked it and It has nothing, I asked for the address and it says that they don't know the address that was between such a street and very annoying I answered I had to look for the address, still do the same with another person and say that the computer is failing and after a few days I realize that it is draining from the oil where the transmission was changed, the truth is very bad service I do not recommend the owner is very rude and says he does not know anything, I recommend that you dial Consumer Service.

The transmission on my Dodge caravan failed completely but wasn't leaking. After calling around I came across Mountain transmission now Transwise I guess. Despite reading some bad reviews they did quote me almost $800-$1000 cheaper than everyone else. My plan was to spend as little as possible and trade the van asap so I rolled the dice on this place. Towed my van in on a Saturday and met the owner Ever who seemed like a nice enough guy. My van was fixed so I was told on Wednesday. I picked up my "fixed" van and by the time I got home my transmission was leaking transmission fluid. I immediately called Ever he apologized and told me I could take it to his other shop in Colton (Colton transmission) and they would take care of it. Took my van to his shop in colton on a Thursday morning where it was just 1 mechanic working nobody in the office. I asked the mechanic how long he thought it would take he told me call the office. Well I called the office and i couldn't get a straight answer from the kid who would answer first told me Tues. then on Tues he tells me the following day Wednesday. Wednesday morning I get a call from Ever that my van wouldn't be done till Saturday. So it took well over a week!.. Saturday morning I picked up my van drove it from Colton to Ontario parked and looked under the van and it was actually leaking more than before. I again called Ever at Mountain transmission/transwise he tells me bring it in . By this time I had zero confidence in this business so took the van to a dealership where they offered me a good trade in value despite the leaking which I accepted. It's unfortunate that businesses operate this way but I'm glad I had no intention of keeping that dodge van , who knows how many times I'd have to take it back to be fixed the way it should of been the first time. My advice, if you're planning to keep your car long term you're much better off paying a little more $ and get quality work. Cheaper ain't always better.

do not trust this place. i left my car from Monday-Tuesday because there was a leak from the work they had done. On top of this I got my car back with MULTIPLE missing items, my personal belongings to which they had no right to take, they claim that they dont know how to check the cameras which is absolutely RIDICULOUS. I am so furious at this place for acting like they didnt know what happened when they were the only ones in my car.

They did my Yukon transmission in 1 days, ( swap) and a 30 day, 6 months & 12 months service free of charge, fast, friendly and honor their work. I'm in the process of taking my mini cooper over there so they can diagnose it, and I feel I can trust the owner Carlos' recommendation...

This is a long review but if you're considering Mount transmission please read it! Well my review has to start about 18 months ago. My 99 Ford F350 Diesel 4 x 4 had the transmission fail. I had the truck towed to mountain transmission, where I met the owner. I told him what happened he walked me into the service area and said no worries we have a replacement right here pointed to it with his foot said give me two or three days to put it in $1,800. A week went by I stopped in the truck was on the rack and the same transmission was still in the truck they said they were waiting for a part I figured okay they rebuilt this one no problem I got the truck back took a total of 10 days. It came with a 12-month 12000 mile warranty. 13 months later and two thousand miles I don't drive the truck much I was parked facing downhill behind another person's car and I couldn't reverse at all and reversing out of a parking spot was no big deal I guess but uphill or over a bump wasn't going to happen. I took the truck back and they said because it was over the 12 months they're going to have to charge me for the new solenoid valve and torque converter $800. I went to pick up the truck and it was a completely different transmission all shiny and new looking so good for me. 2 Days Later the vibrations over 40 miles an hour were atrocious so I took it back they first got to bolt up or tighten the drive shaft stabilizer. Now this was in May 2018 that they replaced this transmission. So November 12 I believe it was the transmission housing cracks right down the middle. I limped the truck over there I told them what happened show them pictures and told him I don't want to hear anything about being charged. They had the truck for a complete month and a day. The only time I heard anything were the two times I went down to check on it first they were waiting for housing and second time they're waiting for some bolts I got a call the other day that truck was ready went down to pick it up the girl says well you know there's a bill for $300 and of course I laughed at her and said he's not getting a penny from me and I wound up not having to pay the $300. Took the car today Monday the 10th for the first time on the freeway and of course the transmission is slipping. I hope everybody that is thinking about going to mountain transmission reads this this is a mechanical nightmare. These people did not do what they promised from the get-go I am going to write the Better Business Bureau as well as the board of automotive.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!I took my 1988 Toyota Land Curser into them because they did a good job for one of my employees. Worst mistake!!! Three try's and 2months later and they still couldn't get it right. They do not use all brand new factory parts!! I will have to take it to another place to get it done right!! They have horrible communication and can not keep a commitments. My vehicle got broken into in their yard and over 45 days later the have yet to pay for any damage, replacement parts, or repairs. I had to contact them several times by phone and only received one email and one text after threatening league action. What is the most concerning is they failed to install my drive line with the proper torque specifications and put my wife and child at risk on there way to Las Vegas(Picture are attached below)!! I am forced to report them to the local automotive bureau and take them to small claims court!!

This place deserve more than 5 stars rating. Ever has given me the lowest repair estimate for a transmission rebuild and they were able to get it done within 2 days. Not only that, Ever has delivered the van to my office (25 miles away) and provided 2 transmission oil change at no additional cost. Ever and his team Rocks!
