“In today's world, I'm always surprised whenever a company shows tactfulness and professionalism. McVey's did both. I had a Whirlpool Refrigerator acting up, and I scheduled a repair for the next day. That morning I got a call to explain my issue and a confirmation of arrival time. The gentleman showed up on time, got right to work, and had it fixed in a matter of a couple of hours. It was a simple fix for someone in the know and I was charged a fair price accordingly.
