Pharmacy staff are great but busy. Despite that, they have always been professional and kind. Easily the best Walgreens I have been to.

I’ve always been satisfied with the service at this particular Walgreens. This evening, I made the mistake of having prescriptions sent to a different store.I called this pharmacy an hour before their closing, and they processed my toddler’s prescriptions within 30 minutes. After the disappointment I was dealt with at the other store, I felt helpless, but I’m glad I called this pharmacy. I am so thankful for the pharmacist and tech/intern saving me from an unnecessary trip to the ER. My toddler is breathing and sleeping better tonight.

Always leave with anxiety if the larger guy is the cashier. Poor customer service and always seems aggravated to be there.

Yeah. I will never use this pharmacy again. Terrible bedside manner, and sure as hell didn't appreciate the judgemental attitude toward my medication that was upped in dosage Via personal care provider. Making me wait almost an additional month for my mental health medication all the while being made to feel like I was doing something wrong.

I'm trying to set up a friend for a COVID test and the Walgreens website won't allow it.. it's trying to send me to Louisiana for testing.. the website is not working correctly. So I called this Walgreens and they say I needed to call the 1-800-Walgreen that after a whole lot of run around w phone bots ultimately got me hung up on... This company is too big to give a care about their customers... To lazy to help or even have effective technology.

If I could could give this 0 stars, I would. Pharmacist was extremely unprofessional, making condescending remarks about patients. Pharmacist also would not take the time to speak with us about a prescription in an appropriate manner and instead chose to discuss personal information from across the room. Absolutely horrible bedside manner and professionalism. We will be switching pharmacies.

They open at 8 , its 830 and still no one in the pharmacy. They are not 24 hours so people have to wait to get medicine so why are you guys not opening up on time.? I will drive across town for now one . People please go else where

The level of competency at this Walgreens and in this state is appalling. Medicaid is through SSI. Had absolutely no issues filling my son's medication in Iowa then I come here. First they say I have to pay cash for medication because insurance is out of state so I get it in state. Then they say I have to pay cash because doctor is out of state. So I get in state doctor then they say I have to wait two weeks and they need pre-authorization so I call doctor and they do the pre-authorization and call me to tell me it's all been done. I go back to Walgreens two weeks later and they still say it needs pre-authorization. I sat on phone an hour on hold then it hangs up on me so I call back and it puts me on hold again for another 20 minutes so I stayed on the phone and drove to the store and nobody was on the phone. They tried charging me cash for another medication when system clearly shows my son has Medicaid. I called in other prescriptions through automated call and surprise surprise I go in two days later and it's still not filled. I had to go in person and tell them to fill it. They said they were starting on it yet it took almost 4 hours to fill it. Of course there was no problem covering that medication by Medicaid which was also prescribed at same time as other medication but 150.00 cheaper. The cost of the other medication was 177.00 for a month supply. Second time was 199.00 for same exact prescription, dose, etc exactly one month later.

Got rapid covid test and it took an entire week to get the results. they said 1 to 3 days. Don't bother UMC will tell u in 10 minutes.

Quickest Covid Results I have ever had back. The results were in my email before I got back to my desk. Pretty impressive.
