Worst customer service ever. Carriers only deliver what they want. Checks and food stamp cards have come up missing more than once. Won’t release mail that is knowingly at the building.

Want to pay my PO box. They raised it again. It was $88 now it's $91 for 6 months a small box and they claim that they put a notice in the box that it was going up and I have never seen one and on top of it they put the wrong man in your box but yet you're paying for work that's not being done correct? How many times will they have to raise the box again?

This location claims they don't allow you to reuse packaging, I called customer service for USPS and they said that's not right and that their company happily reuses any packaging you bring in. The woman at this location on a separate occasion also told me that if you have a shipping label emailed to you that is supposed to be printed out at USPS, that they refuse to print out labels and I couldn't ship my package.

RUDDDDDDE! Every time I’ve ever went to this location. I am very disappointed. The two women that work this counter are so rude and unpleasant to even be around. I literally would rather drive to Gulfport are the Abbervail didn’t have to deal with these women that live 2 miles from my house because their attitudes are TERRRRRRBILE!

Most of my experiences here have been wonderful, cheerful and timely. All my negative experiences have involved Sonovia.I've been chewed out, misinformed and talked down to by this employee. I actively try to avoid working with her to the point of leaving and coming back later whenever that's an option.Everyone else has been great!The lobby is usually clean and tidy. Mailing supplies are generally well stocked. Good selection of greeting cards, stamps, etc. They even maintain the grounds well.I do wish the palmetto bush by the Jim Money entrance was trimmed back as it blocks most of the view when trying to exit.

I stopped today in Gulfport but did not go on. The service was very good the last time I was there. I did stopped by the Biloxi post office on yesterday, and I was in and out. The clerk who waited on me was very nice and professional. I really enjoyed the service at this post office!!

There is a woman that works the counter usually the counter on end away from the door…. She is the most unhelpful person!!!!! When I am in line and I am next and it is she , I usually let the person behind me go ahead of me…She is rude!!! acts as if it is an inconvenience to help you…and has a mean look on her face, if you say thank you , she just grunts…We all have problems.. but please don’t be so ugly to customers!The man at the first counter is very nice and helpful…
