Was told I must show up one hour prior to closing in order to have items packaged and shipped. I had no idea that was the policy. Older gentleman told me that is to account for other customers and time needed to package items. I showed up 14 minutes prior to closing and there were zero customers in the store. I guess I should have known better. I would suggest posting this if it is the policy. Thank you.

Amazing customer service. Thankful for the good people here in this store. The staff was friendly and patient. Go here for all you ups store needs. Worth the trip out of Ocean Springs.

Fantastic service. The notary, Courtney, was beyond attentive and helpful. Drove 20 minutes after a horrible experience in UPS ocean springs that left me in tears, and this store was amazing. Will only go to this store from now on. Beware of OS ups store!!

Extremely dismissive and rude older man refused to Police notarized a document for no reason. Don’t come here for help with notary needs, staff is not helpful.

There is a blonde lady who is always there. She is the rudest, most unfriendly, miserable person ever. This location is so convenient for me but I just can't put up with her anymore. I'll have to try a different location. HEY BLONDE LADY - customers are not an interruption in your work, THEY ARE YOUR WORK.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!As a business owner I generally try not to leave negative reviewsBut in this case it is a MUST. The customer service is unprofessional, the worker Patra was beyond rude and lack the ability to do her job. While away on business I had to call in to this location were i was hung up on several times , told that i didnt have an account there, when in fact I did and it was not until making some corporate calls and speaking with people who have have class and knows the meaning of professionalism was the issue resolved. I would not recommend this UPS store to anyone.

The man who answered the phone today was rude. I asked to speak to the owner and he rudely asked me what I wanted. I asked if he was the owner and he rudely would not answer me and this went on and on. I told him he was very rude and I finally got him to say he was not the owner but he was speaking for the owner. Don't use this place. Very rude employee.

I have been going to this location for over a year now , wouldn't go anywhere else - staff is always assisting customers with priority and outstanding customer service, I personally enjoy dealing with Courtney she greats everyone with a smile and positive attitude . Thank you'll for great customer service.
