“I rented a uhaul here a few times for in state and out of state moves. I never had a problem. The trucks have dollies in the back of them, which is standard for uhaul in the south. I also brought my own dolly to speed the move. I picked up and dropped off at the same location. The staff was friendly to me, never had a problem.”

“They were able to get me set up with a truck and vehicle transport rig on short notice when my vehicle broke down while passing through on I-10. I wasn’t able to get to them before closing time (4pm) so they completed the transaction over the phone and left everything set up and ready to go. Very helpful! My only complaint is that the truck was filthy. The previous renter’s food scraps were still in the truck. I would find that gross under any circumstances, but during the time of covid, it’s unacceptable to not be cleaning the trucks at all between customers.”

“Reserved at vehicle row here. Drove up from texas. Pleasant helpful people. The cashier was so bubbly. The yard hand hooked up the trailer gave me some helpful advice and away i went as a first timer. My experience was great. This my way of saying thank you guys and gals”
