i haven't used this company but with the way they're driving i wouldn't ever recommend. you'd think with a logo on the side of your car you wouldn't ride someone's tail going 20 mph over the speed limit.

A driver of this service drives very bad the turquoise Toyota Camry driving in the laurel ms area this morning 1/04/24 racing down hwy high speed rate didn’t use not one signal at all ever followed for more than 5 miles switch lanes like crazy back and fourth I mean the owner or higher authority needs to worry what kind of ppl they are putting on the roads endangering everyone lives maybe he was mad n had to be definitely have those two ppl in the back seat late idk but please hire with more care

A female driver came into our clinic to rudely yell out our patient’s name, saying she’s been calling him and that she wasn’t supposed to get out of her car. (His phone did not ring once; this gentleman is elderly and a disabled veteran) She then stormed off back to her vehicle. I helped the patient out of our door and made sure he was making it to her vehicle okay. She came back out of her vehicle to ask me if there was a problem. When I told her I was just making sure he made it okay, she then followed me back into my clinic to again let us know she was not supposed to be getting out of her car. This woman was extremely unprofessional and unsympathetic towards our patient. He deserved better, and quite frankly her attitude in our clinic around our other patients was uncalled for.

Didn’t show up until appointment time!! Need to be at dr at 10 which was agreed the driver showed up at 10!!!!!!! Ugh now I have a rescheduled appointment that needed to be done by the end of the year! Idk if it’s the drivers fault or the company.

Doesn’t know how to tell time. To be ready for 7:15 doesn’t mean 7:00. Didn’t even call. “Supervisor” is rude and talks over you. Very unprofessional and don’t know how to treat senior citizens.
