Awesome customer service!
Near Thanksgiving 2023, I happened across a 1950s Veteran. His scooter quit at the Biloxi VA and they discharged the stove-up old man with an F-22 manual walker. Thankfully, Biloxi Fire Dept and the EMTs helped get him to Merit Health, in turn to Rehab.
Team Adaptive Medical got the scooter from the VA facility. Diagnosed the issue as an ancient power connector, no longer available. It charged, once the contacts properly met.
They delivered it to the Rehabilitation Facility for the Veteran to use upon discharge.

Within two weeks of having van back door broke. since then:- the back spoiler flew off- needed a new battery- needed new spark plugs- we learn it has a part recalled that has to do with airbagsthey didn't even make sure the van was safe before selling it

Came from out of state with 1 flat tire on my manual wheelchair and they wouldn't put it on for free. They charge $95 for an hour, which this tire took 5 minutes in the parking lot with the wrong tool. Buy the tires and tube from here and go to a bike shop where they've always installed them for me for FREE.

If you need handicap equipment, Team Adaptive is the best place to go! They go out of their way to give you the service you need. I love the whole team I’ve been with them now since 1993. At one time I had a shadow dance scooter, team Adaptive had replaced every part that they could in Scooter. The scooter was only less than a year old and Stephanie called the company and explained what was going on, and she got me a brand new scooter. If you want to company that represents you not the manufacturer this is the place to go. I get all my equipment through Team Adaptive!

I was an employee for Team Adaptive. An amazing team and the best CEO ever. What I loved most about Team Adaptive was that they offered freedom to individuals that would otherwise be confined to their home. I was excited to learn about all of the adaptive equipment that was available to individuals with disabilities. Team Adaptive is definitely the place to meet all of your mobility needs.

The nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with! We were visiting Biloxi and my wheelchair broke a wheel. I contacted Team Adaptive and had another chair in less than an hour. Thank you for keeping my vacation going uninterrupted! Great people with great attitudes!

I came in a few days ago with my grandmother to purchase a handicap accessible van. There were so many selections and the customer service was outstanding!! All of the employees were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of our questions. We felt 100 percent comfortable with our purchase and cant wait to come back. If you need any medical supplies this is the place to go. Thank you for an awesome experience and making our purchase easy and accommodating.

I was having a really difficult time assisting my mother with her daily bathing routine so I contacted Team Adaptive in hopes they could help me. I called in and a very sweet girl named Kim helped me out. She was very patient with me and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. With her help I was able to purchase my mother a bath lift.This thing has made our lives a million times easier. Dealing with my mother getting older has taken a toll on me but I am glad that I found Team adaptive to accommodate her needs and to make things easier on me. They will have our future business and I cant thank them enough.

The whole staff is WONDERFUL. Very helpful in every way. I wasn't really sure which Juzo Compression Stockings that I needed. I have awful varicose veins and leg edema and needed some extra support. These stockings & socks make me feel like a new women. The staff helped with sizing and I felt like I was ready to run a mile. Great group of ladies I will only be going to Team Adaptive for all my goods. GREAT JOB GIRLS :)

Outstanding customer service. Team Adaptive helped me find the best power chair and lift for my dad. They worked with me on scheduling a good time to install and instructed me on how to use everything. It was an overall great experience!
