Make sure they give u the price before you let them file your taxes. Something simple but they will charge you an arm and leg for that.

Would literally NEVER recommend this place to anyone. My family and I used Strojny for years and absolutely loved working with Carolyn. She took such great care of us! But the person who took her place, Jennifer and her assistant Gabby, are not the greatest choice. First of all, Gabby did all of the intake information and filed everything. Not only did she file with the WRONG address, she didn’t even give me updated information regarding when my taxes was filed. For years I’ve gotten direct deposit with my tax refund. For the first time, I wasn’t even given that option, even though she could see that’s how I filed in the past. She didn’t even bother asking me beforehand. I have YET to see my tax refund due to the fact that it was filed with the wrong address. And when I voiced my frustration and concerns, she went ghost. I would 100% take my business elsewhere!

After going to this company for over 20 years. This is the first year I have been totally dissatisfied with this company. Once Carolyn retired. I should have retired from using their services.

I dropped all my paperwork off at the beginning of March to Rj. I had an issue trying to get a ms contractors license and I tried to contact him several times to no avail. I emailed numerous times, I left messages with his minions and NEVER received any communication from the anyone at the company. I called and asked to have my file ready for pick up so I could go elsewhere with some semblance of costumer service. I am still waiting on the lobby after 30 minutes and my file still isn’t ready. They are so unprofessional here it’s pathetic. Highly do not recommend.

Kristina handled my taxes for years and it was wonderful... she left and so did the professionalism and courtesy I had become accustomed to. I have been passed to two other accountants with no action taken on my two businesses or personal taxes. I spoke to a woman today that was condescending, rude, and unprofessional at best. Strojny Financial Services has lost my business after 15 years due to their lack of professionalism and their rude employee.Sad.

Jonah monson was excellent. Jonah is the epitome of guest service. Mr. Monson was very articulate he answered all my questions he was very knowledgeable about anything and everything that I asked. I feel fully confident that anyone dealing with mr. Monson at strojan e Financial Services will be well taken care of. Mister Monsoon is definitely an asset at your company and would be anywhere. I had a meeting with them last May, trying to resolve back tax issues. Dropped off all my paperwork and gave them $200 to start. I agreed to pay them $100 per week. Never heard anything back. Called and left messages. No return phone calls. I never paid them anything more and told them I would not until they communicated with me. Emailed to find out my guy came down with COVID. Said he was working on it and he would get back to me after he felt better. Waited until August and September to email and call again.No return emails or calls . They never once returned a call ever!I finally reached someone who is getting all my paperwork back to me so I can seek help somewhere else. It's funny as they came highly recommend by a friend of mine.No communication on their part at all.

The absolute WORST! Amy wouldn’t return my calls for MONTHS. Not exaggerating..months. A 1040EZ! I finally told the girl that always answers the phones to please transfer my taxes to someone else. A guy called me back not even 10 minutes later and we were done in less than 5 minutes. She is BEYOND unprofessional, zero work ethic and has the customer service skills of a dmv employee.When I talked to the guy that took the five minutes to help me I brought up not getting stimulus checks and he said don’t worry, just give him a call back and he will get me taken care of. I called to let them know what was going on and Amy called me back, surprisingly she does know how to work a phone. She immediately started with the can’t be bothered attitude “there is nothing I can do” I asked her about the 3911 form and she had to “look it up” ,and said she doesn’t send things out for clients but will email me tomorrow.I won’t hold my breathe. Stay away from this place unless you are ok with your taxes getting filed in November, or request someone else! Thank you to the nice guy that knows how to treat clients and the sweet girl that always answers the phone.

Jane and her assistant Marilyn (sorry if I spelled your name wrong Ms. Marilyn!) has been helping my family for more than 9 years now, and it has been a wonderful experience. They have helped us with a variety of situation and going as far as helping the kids process any form of tax related documents. They have been kind and patient. We have had very few problems if any at all with their services. I would highly recommend.
