Dr. Spears is a wonderful veterinarian! He is attentive, patient and kind. And unlike other clinics he is not trying to us us to become a millionaire! I don't think there is a better vet on the Coast!

Awesome vet very good with animals easy to talk to and you talk to you like you can figure out what he's talking about you know he doesn't talk like a brainiac pretty good place to go then going there for now on 15 plus years we can change it for anything

My friend brought shi shi in to check ✔️ up on her health we were concerned about a lapoma cyst . Unfortunately that is what it is. The service of getting her in there was superb. Good staff and friendly. Shi shi was a lil skikcy . But doctor handle her well. Then she chilled. We will trust this place . I give it 5 Stars.

IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS, RUN FAR FROM HERE! I NEVER leave bad reviews, especially on small businesses, however, this is an exception. We were looking for a vet for my dog and saw this clinic had amazing VET reviews, but horrible reviews on the office staff. I figured if they vet was good, I could ignore any bad attitudes. I was wrong ??♀️We walk in at 1:30pm and it is only us and 2 other employees. (One was the front desk, not sure who the other was). They cut their eyes at us and didn’t acknowledge our presence whatsoever, all because they were in the middle of LOUDLY degrading someone they did business with. They were being extremely unprofessional and were saying horrible things about this individual, sounding extremely miserable themselves. It made me uncomfortable and unwelcomed. After about 2-3 minutes of them very loudly complaining about this person, one of the women leaves and the front desk woman cut her eyes at me and says “can I help you?” In an extremely rude, condescending way. I was appalled by the unprofessionalism at that point and said “no, we will go somewhere else”. She rolled her eyes and continued on with no concerns.I tried to let it go, but I couldn’t so I called and asked to speak to a manager. The front desk transferred me to some woman who stated the vet was unavailable. I explained the situation and all she did was defend the employee stating she always “gets misunderstood for being rude” (so it’s obviously a recurring issue) and that they weren’t talking badly about a client or employee, but a RESCUE GROUP!! So they admitted to behaving poorly and degrading people they do business with in front of their customers. Whoever that woman was, clearly had no concerns regarding the way their employees act in their establishment. Listen to all the bad reviews regarding stuff. They do not care about you or your pets, we have yet to receive a call back from the vet.

This place was busy but friendly and accommodating. Dr. Spears and the vet tech acquired the blood and stool sample for the appropriate diagnosis and dispensed the medications to get "Sandy" back to health!

Fabulous experience every time!A one of a kind caring, compassionate veterinarian, Definitely a Dr Dolittle, Who can easily communicate with All animals in his very own skillful, playful, yet professional manner.I've been taking my fur babies, 2 dogs and 3 cats to Dr Spears, for a few years, very fairly priced!5 Stars ❤️ We are So blessed,I TRULY Thank you Dr Spears!!?

I can’t thank this place enough. They worked with us when we were in a tight spot. They were busy and still had us taken care of in a timely manner. Everyone was so friendly and understanding. They treated my dog with gentleness and care. The doctor was so kind and gently gave us the bad news and explained our options. I truly felt that they cared about us and our situation. Y’all are so appreciated!

I have used Dr. Spears for many years. He never forgets an animal or a person. He is consistently kind and affordable. I love his office stuff. Would 10 out of 10 recommend.

Dr. Speers and his staff are always courteous. He truly cares about the health and happiness of our furbabies. Our furbabies love him and are not afraid to go see him. Dr. Speers does a thorough job. The fees for the exam and medications (if needed) are very fair. I would recommend him to anyone.
