Wish I could give 0 stars. Landlord refuses to pay trash bill. All dumpsters in apartment complex OVERFLOWING with trash. This has happened TWICE in just 2023. Grass never gets cut. NOT WORTH $900 a month. Not even worth a penny

I have been trying to get the contact information for months and Heather was very rude. ALL I NEED IS MY MONEY AND YOU WIL NEVER HEAR FROM ME AGAIN. THIS PLACE LOOKS A HOT MESS SAVE YOURSELF!

This was a lovely place at first. We had neighbors that terrorized us for almost 2 years with nothing being done. We ultimately left, and management did nothing to stop the noise. I had videos, recordings, so much proof. But Kim did nothing. I finally broke my lease and left. I loved the area, and Kim seemed so cool at first, and incredibly understanding. Until the noise violations. There were at least 10, enough to begin eviction procedures. Instead, Kim let us leave and drove us out. The rent raised every year, but we had dead rats in the vacant apartment next to us, with dilapidated buildings all around. I know they've torn down the worst ones now, but I doubt management has changed much.

The place is infested with roaches because my neighbors always refuse pest control. The building itself if falling apart, we have soft spots in our flor upstairs. One building is being demolished and another is visibly collapsing, and has been for over a year. The landlord lied to my face when I reported an active termite infestation and tried to blame it on the annual swarm when it was the wrong time of year, assuming my fiance and I would be too stupid to know the difference. They raised rent by $100. This year for no descirnable reason. It wasn't worth $800 in 2021 and I'm pretty sure it's worth a lot less now. STAY AWAY

I have lived in Woodland Townhomes, and I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. There is black mold everywhere. The roach infestation is insane. We have sprayed this apartment ourselves with no luck. Management occasionally has a professional spray with no luck. We are very clean people so the roaches must be nesting in the walls, which is extremely terrifying and disgusting.I set glue traps down and we capture at least 200-300 roaches per month, and that hasn't even put a dent in the infestation. This place promised a pool would be ready June of 2021, just a month or 2 after we moved in. The pool is now ready, but it wasn't ready until June 2022...Our electric bill is well over $200/mo. The insulation is absolutely terrible. In the summer time, it is not possible to get our upstairs cooled down past 85 degrees, which is just not acceptable.Washers and dryers on site have not worked in almost a year. Half the time, the washers are filled with dirty old water that won't drain. When you do find a washer that works, you'll be luck to find a dryer that works as well.On the bright side, the maintenance dude is really good. Any time we have a problem he is there to fix it within a day. Thanks for all that you do!

Black mold everywhere, flea infestations, roof leaks, rude management, completely destroyed exterior (one of the buildings are still damaged badly from a meth explosion and a good number feature condemnation notices on the door). Please save yourselves the stress and money, there’s reason no one stays here very long. And pay attention to the “we can’t locate you as a resident” or similar response that this will get from the owner.

MOLD, MOLD, MOLD, MOLD, MOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Black mold, infrastructure damage, thieving contractors, take your pick. Currently a resident and this place is nothing lesser than a nightmare that will soon be fully condemned (half of the apartments already are condemned due to aforementioned issues). Save your money and your health, please look elsewhere for residence. UPDATE: The owner is now having contractors from Texas literally paint over the grime and damage around the buildings but have not and will not acknowledge the numerous complaints about mold infestation and damage it is causing to our health & personal property. They are now attempting to evict and prevent any sort of repercussions while continuing to KNOWINGLY lease damaged units. The office manager Kimberly is VERY unprofessional and has been giving personal information of various residents to unrelated residents as to defend herself and the owner’s negligence.

If I could I wouldn't even give this place 1 star! Horrible! Started with us moving in to a molded apartment where I was sick all the time to them moving me in a unit with rats and my heater not working for 2 months in winter time and of course AC not working as soon as warm weather came in.. it doesn't matter how many times u go to the office and ask them to fix it nothing was done in timely manner... Office people will give u run around about sending u someone right away and u gonna wait until next week comes around.. I had to terminate my lease and move out because for the price u paying it's not worth it!!!Lived here back in 2016.

My cousin is in a nightmare dealing with these apartments. Her ex abused her after 3 months of living here so she left but on her return to retrieve her things the locks were changed by her ex. All of her things are still there including her important documents for herself and her 6yr old daughter. The rent is paid. The leasing agents Kim and September aren’t doing anything to help. They have not changed the locks or provided a key when her name is on the lease. The police were called, corporate, WLOX, and a law suit was filed. I guess it’s time to take matters in our own hands now when assistance isn’t given. DO NOT MOVE HERE …. RUN FOR THE HILLS.
