This place doesn’t like kids full time especially biracial kids. It’s hard finding a place that allow kids. They was always working on the pool. Spaces here is just too close together. They let certain people here stay for however long without making them leave since they been here for such a long time which isn’t fair.

I will not go back until there is a new manager in the office. She lacks personality and is a B!+@#. This place needs a good cleaning and update. Could not rate service because there are no negative stars.

Will not go back didn't like the dry attitude ? at the front desk shower house very out dated ?missing tiles rusted plumbing nasty shower curtains dog's running around pool area and park passing on your tires some pickup after their dog's park is really run down electric on the 50amp old half burnout old water hook ups roads in the park cracked pot holes needs a lot of work Will give TOM a 100% for his efforts in keeping everyone happy ?will not be back unless new management

ok place, cant beat where it is but........scarlett the manager is one of the rudest people ive ever run across. not a nice person. had site for 2 months and wanted to charge me double rate for october. straight up greed. she laughed in my face when i politely asked about paying for another month. will not return unless they get new management.to be in the hospitality business and then to be so over the top unfriendly to paying customers. unforgivable. will not spend another dime of my money there even if it means a more expensive place, just to not to be treated like a piece of trash.also bath houses are pretty nasty. not kept up like it used to be.sad because i used to love the place. not anymore.

Love this place the campers are so friendly and helpfulGreat location right across from beach nice laundry room and men's showers are great endless hot water very pet friendly which is great .

I booked a spot for cruising the coast. I put a $500 deposit down due to medical I can’t go next Tuesday and now they keeping my $500 deposit so with them it’s a win-win no matter if you go or not, they keep your depositNoteworthy details: They rip you off when you do a deposit you don’t get it back so it’s a win win for them no matter if you go or cancel

Scarlett the manager is one of the rudest people I have ever run into. Worst customer service I would fire her if she worked for me.I was quoted a price and she tried to charge me $11.00 more. She said I was trying to steal. Is he as rude sitting on couch and asked me what do you want when I came in.Noteworthy details: Train very near. but only 2,times while there one night

Arrived May 4, 2023 lady at the counter without smile without welcome word!!!! If you like the train that passes and honks very very close to the campsite you are in the right place, very nice sand but brown water at the beach, really not inviting to swim. The campsite is very old and badly maintained and showers, toilets and washbasins date from the 70's for us it is not a place we will return.Ps. Thanks to Tom who takes care of the campsite very nice and help5 stars plus ..... but for the woman at the reception and the campsite 2 stars

While the location is good, the campground is very disappointing.The sites are so close together that the neighbors’s hookups are at the end of our patio. We had to back out of our pull thru site because there was no way to turn forward. Trains run directly behind the campground day and night. Noise from the go carts next door is annoying. The park needs TLC. However, the laundry room is very nice.

Close proximity to beaches, casinos, and restaurants. Easy in and out. Pull through grass sites had concrete patio but it was so far forward in the space if you wanted your steps to be on it, it made the sewer connection 20 feet away. Had to purchase an extension for our sewer hose! Electric and water were fine. Had a picnic table that was dangerously rickety. Cable and Wifi available but didn't use either. TMobile had 3-4 bars. Train track was directly behind the park and the trains were loud and frequent, especially at night. Shower house: the rooms were large with lots of sinks, showers, and toilets. The sinks and toilets were fine, but the showers were disgusting and small. The shower pans were cracked and covered in duct tape. The pool looked very nice and appeared well-maintained. The sites are very close to neighbors with no real shade. Overall, a good enough place to stay for a little while but I wouldn't want to stay long.

Signage not seeable. We passed it up twice. Not as kept up as other parks we have stayed at. No one there to check us in. Sign on the door plus extra time equalled about 20 minutes. Price for cruising the coast, $1175/week. No exceptions! Several permanent residents.
