“For three years I stored my items at this Self Storage and let me tell you, not one problem ever arose. I knew my sentimental pictures and pieces of art would be safe here, in the climate controlled unit. I looked all over the coast for a reasonable priced unit and all the ones I found were too expensive and then I came to this storage unit and I got a unit at a reasonable price PLUS climate controlled. I am very thankful to have done business with the nice ladies at the front desk and to have had my things kept safe. I will recommend to any one that I know that needs a unit. “This may be the best experience I've had with a business. Since day 1 they have been friendly and helpful with my needs. There were no units available so I got a parking spot for my trailer and used that. After about a week a unit opened up and I got a call telling me it was available. Got a great deal for having a parking spot too. Very easy to access both at any time. About 6 months ago I had changed banks and forgot to update my info with them for auto pay. After a few month I got 1 phone call to let me know. They were very understanding and dropped all my added fees and gave me plenty of time to get caught back up. No harrassing calls or threats. Very helpful. They even thanked me for paying it back! Can't recommend this business enough.”
