DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! They're cameras are not functioning. They're fence has several breaks in the chain link. My trailer was parked here last December and was broken into and then stolen two weeks later. It was not the only Red Dot facility to be broken into. The Red Dot contract mentions coverage up to a certain amount in more than one place but when I tried to make a claim they said it did not apply to personal items that were in the parking areas. It is not worth losing all your possessions. Find a legitimate storage facility with on-site security. This facility deserves ZERO STARS.

Secure facility. We have a small inside unit plus outside parking for our boat. Thankful for the affordability Red Dot offers for storage needs.

Renting a unit from red dot was too east. I also rented a small one as I started to move in realized it was too small. I used the live chat and they upgraded my unit right then it was in a flash and was nice enough to wait to charge me the extra the next morning. This is the second time in 2 yrs I've used them I love them ❤️ awsome job red dot storage

We had stored our toy hauler here for a little over six months. It was stolen. Upon going to the unit there was no one there nor any way to contact them to get what happened or anything. The customer service line has provided us with bogus times that someone would be on site. Taking a further look at the “cameras” all of them have been painted over. We just want answers and Red Dot doesn’t seem to make its customers or their belongs a priority.

Red Dot Storeage is the way to go!!!. The customer service is fast, efficient and very helpful. They have the best prices on regular units and climate controlled units. I just rented a 10x15 and only paid $30.00 for the first month and $9.00 of that covered $2,000.00 content coverage. My monthly cost statting in January,for a "10×15" non- climate controlled unit, is $89.00 per month. Best in town!!!

Rodents infested 2 units. I lost everything in those units. The insurance was worthless… a couple was living in one unit with food and that’s how the units became infested….

It's really awesome that you can rent, pay for, and aquire all of what you need to be able to obtain and enter your storage unit online without any problems and you can do it all by yourself and the unit was clean and really easy to get to and the prices were very reasonable and lower than most on the coast of Mississippi thank you RED DOT STORAGE for making life alot easier and simple in a time of chaos!

Always issues with gate access and entry. No REAL person on site to allow you in when no power is provided to the gate. ALWAYS ACCESS ISSUES.
